The plot unfolds on Earth twenty-thousand years ago, when primitive humans not yet domesticated wild animals, led a nomadic life and lived exclusively due to hunting. The protagonist is a young boy who lives in one of the most developed in those days, the tribe. One day the father takes his son to hunt, became a man and learned how to produce writing. But not everything goes according to plan, and as a result of the accident, the boy fights back from the group. He's injured, lost in unknown territory, and around the wild and not friendly nature and predators, ready at any moment to attack. But the boy does not rent, takes herself despite the trauma of trying by all means to survive and find their way home. Along the way he meets a flock of wolves that attacks him, he manages to not only defend from them, but also to injure one. But the guy does not kill the defenseless wounded animal and shows mercy and eventually tames the Wolf, marking thus the centuries-old friendship between man and dog.
